I think that persuasive writing is a good and bad piece of writing. I think that it is good because it persuades us into doing things, it encourages us to do things. I think that it is bad because the things that it persuades us into doing can not always be good and sometimes they could lead us into trouble. It is our decision whether or not we want to partake in this but if we do we must understand that we will be affected by it someway. Persuasive writing can not only be found on paper but on ads, TV commercials, and by people.
My initial thoughts about persuasive writing is it is a form of writing used to convince people. Persuasive writing can be good and bad. It can be bad by persuading people to do wrong things such as to look a certain way or to commit a crime. It can be good by convincing people to do good things for example by helping others. Persuasive writing is a form of writing that is used a lot in advertising to sell something to society. Examples of persuasive writing are in body image magazines, which try to persuade someone to look like that model in the magazine (this is bad persuasive writing). Other forms of persuasive writing include posters, brochures and magazines that convince readers to believe or do as they say. It is up to us to decide if certain persuasive writing is for better or for worse.
My thoughts about persuasive writing is that it is a way to convince someone to do something through writing. It can also be a way to change one's opinion about something. For example, a company tries to market their product to customers already using a different product. This company will try to persuade the customers to stop using the product and use their own own product. Persuasion could also be called peer pressure in some cases. In these cases though, One is forcing someone into doing something. Forms of persuasive writing include, posters, magazines, ads commercials and even just plain verbal conversations.
My idea of persuasive writing is a piece of text or visualization that allows one to be influenced into doing something. Persuasion can be seen from both a positive and negative aspect. Persuasion is seen as benefical as it informs the readers of what is trying to display, and illustrates enough details and convincing ideas in order to persuade the readers into something. Persuasion can be seen as negative when the reader is trying to be convinced into something that they do not feel comfortable or right doing. Some examples of persuasive writing are magazine ads, commericials, persuasive pieces of writing, and anything that makes one feel as if they are being allowed into doing something.
I feel persuasive writing is the most influential writing, because it is all around us and persuades us to make certain choices over others. This type of writing is shown in many different forms such as posters, commercials, build boards, articles, book reviews, food packaging, advertising, magazines, and the list goes on. Which means persuasion is a unique type of writing that can be shown in many different forms, and we encounter it sometimes without even realizing. The last thing I was persuaded to buy was Trident Gum, what influenced me to buy this was the packaging that said “sugar-free and long lasting”. With this information presented to me and the bright color of the gum box, I was persuade to purchase it because it was appealing to my senses. This is a perfect example of persuasion because there may have been a better gum on the shelf, but just because of the persuasive writing and the colorful packaging I bought that gum without even second guessing. This is one of the many things I am persuaded to buy on a daily basis, because of persuasive writing.
Persuasive writing, in my opinion, is all about grabbing the attention of the person who is reading it and convincing him to do something. The writing informs all the positive aspects about what they are trying to tell you. This works both positively and negatively. It can be beneficial because it informs the readers of what is trying to be displayed. I believe that without persuasion writing, there would be no advertisements or any other types of media
I personally believe persuasive writing has positives and negatives attached to it. Persuasive writing is a form of writing that pulls readers into the writing making people want to know more. Persuasive writing is found in everyday society for instances were introduced to it on a daily basis. For example magazines, posters, commercials, book reviews are all forms of persuasive writing which we encounter each day. Persuasive writing is a positive aspect to an individual’s life that is selling or marketing a product trying to persuade or convince others to invest in their product while describing details and making the reader want to read on. This can be a good thing if people feel as if they want to learn more of the sender’s knowledge and are influenced into doing so. This can be a bad thing in consideration to if the reader gets influenced into doing something they are not used to and don’t feel its right.
My initial thoughts on persuasive writing are that it is both a good form and bad form of writing. Persuasion can be shown in movies, shows, magazines, advertisements, posters and many other ways. Persuasion can be a good thing for companies when they are trying to sell a product. They can advertise their product and persuade the consumer to buy the new and improved product. Persuasion can also be a bad thing when people try to harm themselves to be what others are. An example is when teenage girls try to starve themselves to be like their favorite actress or model and feel that what they are promoting is what everyone should look like in order to be famous or beautiful like them. Persuasion is a form of writing, acting or singing that can make someone change their opinion on a product or appearance.
My inital thoughts on persuasive writing are used in postive and negative ways.It could be used to convince some one else to preform an action. It could be used in advertisements, commericals, daily papers such as newspapers. persuasive writing could be used negatively by making another human being do something wrong or might hurt society. For example sending some one a letter or an email saying harmful things and telling some one to do something wrong.
My initial thoughts on persuasive writing is that it is a unique type of writing used to change other people’s mind about various topics. It can be used to lure shoppers into buying a product for a company. I knew that I encounter persuasive writing everyday and one time in my life I was influenced by it. The last time I was shown persuasive writing was on a hockey advertisement about a hockey stick. This made me walk straight into a sports store not thinking about any other stick but this one in particular. There was probably many better ones but I had my mind set on the one I saw in the commercial. The first thing that comes to mind when I hear the word persuasion is “trick”. I think that it is most often used to trick our minds into other people’s thoughts. However it is not only used in bad ways but can also be used for good things such as getting a point, topic or idea across publicly. These are my thoughts on persuasive writing.
The first thing that comes to my mind when I think about persuasive writing is manipulation. I have seen persuasive writing in numerous forms of writing. Posters, billboards, commercials, advertisements, and magazine articles are a few pieces of writing that have the ability to be persuasive. There are many means of using persuasive writing; some include negative affects and some have positive affects. A magazine article can describe Wal-Mart as being terrible in the customer service area. This has a negative affect on Wal-Mart as the article manipulates peoples’ opinion on this company, and may stop some consumers from shopping there. A positive affect would be a poster that advertises a charity accepting donations for Sick Kids Hospital. If people think it was a good cause and donate, the poster has a positive effect. In my opinion, persuasive writing is a way to influence a person’s thoughts, opinions, or decisions.
In my opinion, persuasive writing is a form of writing that grasps the reader’s attention and intrigues them to know more. It has both a negative and a positive aspect. It has a positive aspect because it can also be very informative about what the advertiser is trying to sell to the consumer. It becomes negative when we see people in magazines, start to think badly about ourselves and jeprodize our bodies to mimic celebrities. Persuasive writing is encountered on a daily basis without most realizing. Some forms of persuasive writing are posters, television ads, media, and magazines alongside many other popular media forms.
My initial thoughts on persuasive writing are that this style of writing presents a very convincing point of view that is intended to direct the person down a certain path. If the messaging is positive then this style is effective however it can be as effective in leading a person to make the wrong choice. Persuasive writing is found everywhere, we are all influenced daily, for example it can be found on cereal boxes, commercials, radio advertising, magazines and facebook. I believe it is effective but we must also recognize it for what it is.
My intitial thoughts about persuasive writing are simple. I see persuasive writting as a type of writting that targets the readers thoughts and challenges the reader to question his/her intial thoughts. There are many ways that we can see persuasive writting, for example through advertisments, posters, and even reviwes. An example of persuasive writting at work is this. Say for instance I am getting my first car, now since this is my first car I have little knowledge about which kind to pick. I go online and I read each dealerships reviews on their car. Now there is a very high chance that I will choose the car that's review best persuaded me. This example show's how much of an effect persuasive writting has on a reader. It has the power to change the person's thoughts completly. Persuasive writting is also used by the government, their advertisment's all are written to pursade the voters into voting for them. This show's the power that persuasive writting has on people. Here are some example's of persuasive writting, feel free to check them out.
My initial thoughts on persuasive writing is that it is one of the most seen forms of writing every day. Advertisements are usually persuasive, pushing you to buy a certain product or perform a certain action. Sometimes persuasive writing can be bad, if it negatively influences someone to do something wrong. For example, smoking advertisements are for marketing, but in a bad way. We must look at persuasive writing and evaluate and examine it carefully, because it may lead us to do something that we will regret. Persuasive writing can also be positive, by changing people's minds about global issues. Persuasive writing is a tool, but it can also be a weapon.
Persuasive writing can be used to convince someone to do something or to change a person's point of view. We have to be careful when reading persuasive writing, because it may lead us to believe something that is not true. Some forms of persuasive writing are advertisements, essays, posters, and book reviews. Advertisements are trying to convince the reader to buy a product, where as a book review might just change a person's opinion on a certain book. Although these two types of writing serve different purposes, they are both forms of persuasive writing.
Persuasive writing is a piece of writing where the writer states their opinion for or against an issue and their attempt to convince or influence their readers. My initial thought about persuasive writing is that it can be considered both positive and negative. Persuasive writing could be considered positive because it encourages and allows us to take action. Examples of positive persuasion are when a company advertises a new product and when you are being persuaded into doing a good cause to help others. On the other hand, persuasive writing can be considered negative as well depending on what you are being persuaded into. Examples of negative persuasion are when you do not feel right about taking action due to the consequences that may occur and when you are persuaded into doing something to change your appearance due to the media. Persuasive writing can be found on a daily basis, but may not always be noticed. Some examples of where to find persuasive writing are in magazines, posters/ads, commercials and websites. Persuasive writing has both positive and negative aspects and it is up to us to realize this, meaning we need to know when it is okay to be persuaded and when it is not okay.
My initial thoughts on persuasive writing is that it is ment for business and the media only. The media uses persuasive writing to make us want to buy things. They tell us what we want to hear and this persuades us into buying their product. This can be good and bad. It can introduce us to a product that we might enjoy and can help us. Or it can introduce us to a product that we dont really need but want. Persuasive writing can be good and bad.
My initial thoughts on persuasive writing are that it is a way to communicate a certain message to the person reading it. Persuasive writing is a way to make the readers change their way of thinking in order to benefit a products sale or a company making money. For example, in beverage commercials they usual make an image of hot summer day with a nice cold glass of their product. This makes the viewers begin to think of themselves in that situation and enjoying that beverage. Persuasive writing can be in many forms such as a commercial, billboard, magazine/newspaper article, simply just a slogan to remind you of that certain product or industry and many more. These products may not always be a good thing for you but these forms of writing try to change your mind.
We come across persuasive writing everyday in our lives. Even when we aren't looking to be persuaded, or aren't forewarned that we are going to be persuaded, we still encounter it. Depending on the piece of writing, the outcome may be good or bad. I came across a popular form of persuasion today from a college called “Everest” that shows clips of average people telling their stories about how they went to school. This is a positive example of persuasion in our everyday lives because it would encourage adults to go back to school. A negative example of persuasion is an advertisement for an alcoholic beverage. This may be targeted towards legal adults, but it may appeal to teenagers which may lead to underage drinking. Lastly, you have persuasion that appears to be positive, but ends up having bad consequences which make you regret your decision in the end. This is common with many people, because the aftermath of being persuaded is often different depending on the person. For example, you can read a hotel review that persuades you to go to a hotel. If you are convinced, you could end up going to the hotel and not enjoying your stay at all. This means you wasted your money and you are left with a bad memory and a distorted impression of the place you visited because you were distracted by the bad hotel. Therefore, there is a wide variety of persuasion in the world that we have to be aware of. We have to find the line between being trying something new and exciting, and making a grand mistake.
My initial thoughts about persuasive writing is that it is a form of writing used to convince an audience into believing a certain point of view. It is seen and used in our everyday lives through advertising, television commercials, magazines, and in the work force. The ability to write persuasively can be a useful tool and there are pros and cons; the wrong message can be delivered or misinterpreted. For example, medication ads that promise instant results and the side effects are discreet. We are subjected to these forms of persuasion daily and it is up to the individual to understand the message being delivered and make a responsible choice on whether or not to accept the message.
My initial thought on persuasive writing are that they first occur in the media. Magazines, television shows, advertisements are all different types of persuasive writing. They manipulate teenagers minds into thinking the media and their opinions are the correct way to live. I also think this type of writing is most common in our lives. Everyday we are pressured into doing certain things or pressure-like situations are proposed in-front of us. We are unable to avoid these situations, and they are a part of our daily lives, as they will always be. Whether or not we give into the wrong types of persuasion or have our own strong opinions of persuasion, we will always be faced with it.
Persuasive writing is a form of writing used to try and get the reader to agree with something, change the way they go about things, or influence them in making a decision. It can either persuade people in a positive way or a negative way. Persuasive writing can make you do things to help others, such as volunteer work or donating to the less fortunate but it can also force people to do wrong things, such as smoking or doing drugs. Some times of persuasive writing we encounter everyday are magazines and posters, TV commercials.
In my opinion, persuasive writing is a very common type of writing that is present in many different forms of media found daily in our society. Some examples of persuasive writing consist of advertisements, commercials, newspaper and magazine articles, posters and billboards. Persuasive writing could come across as being positive or negative. I believe that the majority of persuasive writing is negative. For example, there are many ads about smoking which affect society in a negative way. Persuasive writing could also be negative because it influences people’s body image and the way they dress. There recently was an election, which is another example of persuasive writing. The candidates had to express their future plans to the community, with hopes of gaining the votes of others. Persuasive writing is a major part of our life and we must be sure to not be persuaded into making bad decisions.
My initial thoughts on persuasive writing are that it is a form of writing used to catch a person’s attention and try and convince them to do or buy something. Persuasive writing is mainly seen in media within billboards, TV commercials, and advertisements. The media uses persuasive writing the most because they want people to buy their products. An example of persuasive writing is, a new book is coming out so a person goes and looks at the book review which says that the book is so amazing and a bunch of good things about this new book. While people are reading those reviews it would convince them whether or not they want to buy and read the book. Persuasive writing can make a person change their mind very easily, and it does not always have people’s best interests in mine. Though it is a form of writing that can’t be avoided, because it is seen in everyday life.
My initial thoughts on persuasive writing is that it's a way for people to convince others in doing or believing something. Many poeple use persuasive writing in their businesses, advertisements, newspaper articles, and many other things. Persuasive writing can be a good and bad thing. Persuasive writing can be good when it's convincing you to donate money to charitable organizations or when they're advertising a product. It can be bad when it's convincing you to do something that is not right or try and make you look or be like someone else. Persuasive writing is also used when you want to argue about a cause and convince somone to believe what you are saying. I like persuasive writing but sometimes it could be hard because I'm not always sure about the point I'm trying to get across to people and it's hard to stay on topic.
Persuasive writing comes in many shapes, sizes, and forms. Persuasive writing can be as small as a couple of words, describing a book to as big as a billboard on the side of the road promoting a new video game. There are no guidelines or requirements of persuasive writing, the only thing persuasive writing has to be is persuasive. It must be persuasive, meaning that it must make someone think about something, usually what is being advertised, and even convince the viewer to do or buy whatever is described by the persuasive writing. In my opinion, persuasive writing is one of the most common genres of writing, but is also one of the least recognised. For example, when people see a poster advertising a new computer or commercial on television or even read a book review, they generally tend to miss the idea that what they are reading is actually persuading them to do something, such as to buy the new computer or read the book. Although persuasive writing can be both a positive and a negative, in my opinion persuasive writing is a great way to get a point across to a reader and to indirectly advertise a product.
My first thoughts on persuasive writing are ways of writing that can persuade somebody into a certain something. I think that persuasive writing is usually a good thing to do because it is sort of like an advertisement for people to read and debate on. It can give somebody either a positive or a negative feeling towards something. When people are usually not sure in what to decide on things that can persuade one, will usually win in what that person was debating on, so that’s why I think it can be positive. However, persuasive writing can also be a bad thing because it can persuade people into doing the wrong things and it will make it seem like it is the right thing to do because everybody is doing it. Persuasive writing can be seen on the T.V, Radio, internet, advertisements, newspaper articles, billboards and pretty much anything that is an advertisement. It usually tries to catch the targets attention so that whatever it is persuading, will be selected.
My opinion on persuasive writing is that it can be seen as something that is negative or positive. Persuasive writing has to be very persuasive, convincing and set to sway others opinion. It is mostly used in the media, TV commercials, newspapers, posters and billboards because they are trying to persuade our decision on something. When using persuasive writing you are trying to get another person to see and believe in your point of view. Its a very convincing piece of work that is very well described and understandable. It is something that can’t be ignored because it happens in our society everyday.
Persuasive writing in my opinion would have to deal with a certain type of media that tries to convince the reader to believe what you believe about a certain topic. For example we had an election not to long ago and I've gotten flyers reading why I should vote for a certain person or why I shouldn't. To be honest I think there can be a positive and a negative side to persuasive writing depending on the way you look at it.
When I think of persuasive writing I think of the many different opinions a person can have. I also think of the ways in which people express their opinions. Persuasive writing is a way to convince others that your opinion is the right one. It is also an attempt to have the reader side with you. Forms of persuasive writing include; advertisements, essays, newscasts, travel brochures, petitions etc. The supply and demand of our economy makes persuassion to buy a certain product, the most common form of this writing. Although, we do see persuasive writing consistently throughout our daily lives, sometimes it goes by unnoticed.
We encounter types of persuasive writing everyday of our lives. Whether it is in a magazine, on the side of a bus, or even on a commercial, we are being persuaded to ether like or dislike an object or a product. Sometimes without even noticing. The writer or the advertisement is trying to convince us that their opinion is right or their product is the best. We are oblivious sometimes on whether we are being persuaded or not. For example, a book review will persuade us to go watch a certain movie or persuade us that it is bad. But we have to keep in mind that everyone is different and what is interesting to someone, might not be quite exciting to another person.
What first comes to mind when i think of persuasive writing would be that we use it in our everyday lives. It comes in all shapes and forms, you can find it in a magazine, a ad and tv commerical where ever it is it is trying to persuasive us about the topic there talking about. Sometimes when we use persuasive writing we use it without noticing, i feel that its one type of writing that i use the most. Sometimes persuasive writing can give a good vibe or a bad one. For example if you look at an nike ad at there is alittle boy peeing on the wall it doesnt mean there trying to promote peeing on walls in though thats what many people will think. We all look at persuasive writing differently.
There are many ways we can see persuasive writing in our world. My initial thoughts on this topic were simply for a person to persuade another person to do something in writing. I’ve seen that there are many ways to persuade people through writing. Media, magazines, news papers, signs, internet; these are all examples of writing that can have a positive and negative effect on persuasive righting and persuading someone else.
In persuasive writing, a writer’s goal is essentially to convince the audience to agree with the writer’s position about an issue. In many cases persuasive arguments are used to motivate the audience to not only agree, but to do something; take action, buy a product, join the revolution, etc.Advertisements, editorials, speeches, petitions, pamphlets and magazines are all forms of persuasive writing, that send a specific message to the reader.Persuasive writing intends to convince the reader to share the same opinion or belief. A popular example are magazines that have certain pictures of celebreties, diet plans and weight loss advertisements that produce a negative opinion of body image.
My initial thought about persuasive writing is that it is a very biased style of writing. There is no right or wrong when you are writing to persuade, or being persuaded. When being persuaded, we are expected to interpret the piece word for word. But if we analyze the writing further, we can understand that there is more than just the opinion provided. We see many examples of persuasion in everyday modern life, including various types of critiques, advertisements, and even billboards. Pieces of persuasive writing can range from pages of information and opinion, to just a simple quote or catch phrase. Either way the purpose of the piece is to persuade the audience to agree with the perspective. Even in the past, persuasion played a role in determining the bias of many people, stories from the Bible give us great examples where people are persuaded and leave us to interpret the message within. In the Garden of Eden, the serpent persuades Eve into eating the apple despite the restrictions God gave them. Did Eve disobey God, or was God intending to lead her into temptation, knowingly? The answer to this is completely up to our own bias. Without persuasion there would be no need for anyone to have their own opinion, which can leave us extremely vulnerable and easily manipulated.
My initial thoughts on persuasive writing were that it's a way to communicate a certain message to the reader. Persuasive writing convinces the audience to agree with the writer’s position about the issue. For persuasive writing there is no right or wrong way of communicating the information to the reader. I feel that its one of the types of writing I see most. Between magazines, news articles, television and posters, we as readers see persuasive writing everywhere. Persuasive writing is a good way of writing because it convinces people to do good deeds for example by helping others that need help in the community or else where. Without persuasive writing you wouldn’t lean towards different option’s which is good and bad. Therefore persuasive writing is a helpful way to convey a message to the reader.
When i think about persuasive writing i think about about how we use it in everyday life. Persuasive writing is when a writer takes place for or against an issue and tries to convince whoever is reading to believe or do something. Persuasive writing is often used in advertisements to get the reader to buy an item. Its also used in essays and other types of writing. I personally think persuasive writing is a good type of writing because its used in everyday life and it convinces people and its helpful to catch the readers attention
My initial thoughts about persuasive writing is it is a form of writing used to convince people. There is no right or wrong when you are writing to persuade, or being persuaded. Persuasive writing intends to convince the reader to share the same opinion or belief. For example, a book review will persuade us to go watch a certain movie or persuade us that it is bad. I like persuasive writing but sometimes it could be hard because I'm not always sure about the point I'm trying to get across to people and it's hard to stay on topic.
Persuasive writing can be very useful. I have seen it a lot and it comes in a lot of different forms. The most common form of persuasive writing that I have seen is in advertising. An example of this is television commercials. When you are watching a commercial, the company will try to make their product seem better than all of the other ones. If it is a food commercial, the commercial will say something like "half the fat of the leading brand", or if it is an insurance commercial I have heard them say " switch to Geico and save more money". I think that persuasive writing is good because if someone is stuck between two opinions, it will help you lean more to your final decision.
My initial thoughts on persuasive writing is that it is a type of writing where your main goal is to influence, manipulate, or convince an individual to believe or act in one particular way. Persuasive writing is classified as a forceful and influential category of writing which is commonly used to influence and lure individuals in our society today towards media and advertisements. This particular writing also analyzes the various sides of an issue while arguing a viewpoint. This can either favor or reject the issue being discussed and examined by the audience of readers. It may also serve to clarify your own beliefs as you persuade others to accept a particular perspective.
Persuasive writing is a type of literature that persuades the reader into buying products, doing certain tasks, or act a certain way. This is good for companies trying to sell a product or trying to get their name out there. Another example is how the military tries to convince older teens into joining the army by showing troops do some acts that younger audiences will think is "cool" in their commercials. They put commercials on certain channels they know teenagers will be watching, telling them to check out the military's website. Once they are on that website it will list advantages to joining the army (paying for college/university funds, insurance, etc.) but it will not list the negatives (like being sent out of country, extreme training, etc.) since they want to persuade the audience to join, and not the opposite.
Persuasive writing is probably my favourite type of writing because it's a stronger way of communicating something across. Im pretty good at convincing which is why I enjoy persuasive writing because i find it comes more naturally then other forms of writing. Any forms of persuasive writing such as debates and essays are also much easier to write because theres alot of facts and it makes you think harder about writing something that will actually persuade the reader.
I believe that persuasion is a great way advertise anything. Persuasion works out perfectly with any kinds of advertising. It sometimes informs people of a product and makes it look extremely useful, so that the viewers will get and idea to buy it. Persuasion can be use by car dealership, food sellers, phone sellers and much more. Persuasion can be found on the internet, radio, TV commercials, billboards and much more.
My thoughts on persuastive writting is that it is a way to sway someones opinion on a product or particular topic. Persuasion is big in many industries in order for companies to make big deals and gain customers. Thousands of dollars are constantly being put into slogans and general advertisements. I think persuasive writting is the most effective since your basicly selling an idea to someone about a topic or item, you saying what you choose for them to believe. I feel that persuasive writting is the easiest and most effective writting overall.
My initial thoughts about persuasive writing are it is a form of writing used to convince people and it can either have a positive or negative aspect. It could be negative in a sense of persuading people into doing wrong things. However, it can be positive by convincing people to do something right. Persuasive writing is mostly used in advertising because it is used to convince people to purchase something or use a specific company’s product. Other forms of persuasive writing are used in magazines and posters. This convinces the reader to believe in what the advertiser is saying. Lastly, it is up to us to agree or disagree with the persuasive writing piece.
I think persuasive writing is a form of writing to convince the others. Persuasive writing can be good, but can also be bad. Persuasive writing can be negative because it can convince people to do bad things such as violence; vulgar actions and dangerous weight lose. On the other hand, it can be a positive form of writing because it can convince the reader to do the right thing in certain situations, to watch a good movie or to buy a good product. Everyone may not notice but persuasive writing is everywhere in today’s society. For example persuasive writing is in advertisements, television, magazines, websites, ads, movies, commercials and much more. Without persuasive writing the development of the media would not be where it is today.
My initial thoughts about persuasive writing are that it is a very effective way to alter someones decisions. I belive that it is mostly used as an advertisement, so it brings your attention to the product they want to sell and to take your mind off another product you've been wanting. This form of writing can come across as possitive and negative, depends on what is said and what is portrayed. persuasive writing isn't only used as an advertisement, it is also used everyday. We might not know are catch ourselves when we do it but we tend to use it alot in our speech. I find that it is very influential type of writing, due to the writing characteristics: Form, size, and color.

ReplyDeletePersuasive writing, in my opinion, is all about grabbing the attention of the person who is reading it and convincing him to do something. The writing informs all the positive aspects about what they are trying to tell you. This works both positively and negatively. It can be beneficial because it informs the readers of what is trying to be displayed. I believe that without persuasion writing, there would be no advertisements or any other types of media
ReplyDeleteI personally believe persuasive writing has positives and negatives attached to it.
ReplyDeleteMy initial thoughts on persuasive writing are that it is both a good form and bad form of writing.
ReplyDeleteMy inital thoughts on persuasive writing are used in postive and negative ways.It could be used to convince some one else to preform an action. It could be used in advertisements, commericals, daily papers such as newspapers. persuasive writing could be used negatively by making another human being do something wrong or might hurt society. For example sending some one a letter or an email saying harmful things and telling some one to do something wrong.
ReplyDeleteMy initial thoughts on persuasive writing is that it is a unique type of writing used to change other people’s mind about various topics.
ReplyDeleteThe first thing that comes to my mind when I think about persuasive writing is manipulation.
ReplyDeleteIn my opinion, persuasive writing is a form of writing that grasps the reader’s attention and intrigues them to know more.
ReplyDeleteMy initial thoughts on persuasive writing are that this style of writing presents a very convincing point of view that is intended to direct the person down a certain path.
ReplyDeleteMy intitial thoughts about persuasive writing are simple.

ReplyDeleteMy initial thoughts on persuasive writing is that it is one of the most seen forms of writing every day.
ReplyDeletePersuasive writing can be used to convince someone to do something or to change a person's point of view.
ReplyDeletePersuasive writing is a piece of writing where the writer states their opinion for or against an issue and their attempt to convince or influence their readers.
ReplyDeleteMy initial thoughts on persuasive writing is that it is ment for business and the media only.

ReplyDeleteMy initial thoughts on persuasive writing are that it is a way to communicate a certain message to the person reading it.
ReplyDeleteWe come across persuasive writing everyday in our lives.
ReplyDeleteMy initial thoughts about persuasive writing is that it is a form of writing used to convince an audience into believing a certain point of view.
ReplyDeleteMy initial thought on persuasive writing are that they first occur in the media.
ReplyDeletePersuasive writing is a form of writing used to try and get the reader to agree with something, change the way they go about things, or influence them in making a decision.
ReplyDeleteIn my opinion, persuasive writing is a very common type of writing that is present in many different forms of media found daily in our society.
ReplyDeleteMy initial thoughts on persuasive writing are that it is a form of writing used to catch a person’s attention and try and convince them to do or buy something.
ReplyDeleteMy initial thoughts on persuasive writing is that it's a way for people to convince others in doing or believing something.
ReplyDeletePersuasive writing comes in many shapes, sizes, and forms.
ReplyDeleteMy first thoughts on persuasive writing are ways of writing that can persuade somebody into a certain something.
ReplyDeleteMy opinion on persuasive writing is that it can be seen as something that is negative or positive.
ReplyDeletePersuasive writing in my opinion would have to deal with a certain type of media that tries to convince the reader to believe what you believe about a certain topic. For example we had an election not to long ago and I've gotten flyers reading why I should vote for a certain person or why I shouldn't. To be honest I think there can be a positive and a negative side to persuasive writing depending on the way you look at it.
ReplyDeleteWhen I think of persuasive writing I think of the many different opinions a person can have.
ReplyDeleteWe encounter types of persuasive writing everyday of our lives.
ReplyDeleteBut we have to keep in mind that everyone is different and what is interesting to someone, might not be quite exciting to another person.
ReplyDeleteThere are many ways we can see persuasive writing in our world.
ReplyDeleteIn persuasive writing, a writer’s goal is essentially to convince the audience to agree with the writer’s position about an issue.
ReplyDeleteMy initial thought about persuasive writing is that it is a very biased style of writing.
ReplyDeleteMy initial thoughts on persuasive writing were that it's a way to communicate a certain message to the reader.
ReplyDeleteWhen i think about persuasive writing i think about about how we use it in everyday life.
ReplyDeleteMy initial thoughts about persuasive writing is it is a form of writing used to convince people.
ReplyDeletePersuasive writing can be very useful.
ReplyDeleteMy initial thoughts on persuasive writing is that it is a type of writing where your main goal is to influence, manipulate, or convince an individual to believe or act in one particular way.
ReplyDeletePersuasive writing is a type of literature that persuades the reader into buying products, doing certain tasks, or act a certain way.
ReplyDeletePersuasive writing is probably my favourite type of writing because it's a stronger way of communicating something across. Im pretty good at convincing which is why I enjoy persuasive writing because i find it comes more naturally then other forms of writing. Any forms of persuasive writing such as debates and essays are also much easier to write because theres alot of facts and it makes you think harder about writing something that will actually persuade the reader.
ReplyDeleteI believe that persuasion is a great way advertise anything.

ReplyDeleteMy thoughts on persuastive writting is that it is a way to sway someones opinion on a product or particular topic.
ReplyDeleteMy initial thoughts about persuasive writing are it is a form of writing used to convince people and it can either have a positive or negative aspect.
ReplyDeleteI think persuasive writing is a form of writing to convince the others.
ReplyDeleteMy initial thoughts about persuasive writing are that it is a very effective way to alter someones decisions.
